roof. The before photo was taken on the 2nd day of construction. |

This addition consisted of
a kitchen with
a screen porch, and a 1-car garage below. Andersen
windows and screen-tite screen systems were installed along with DuPont
Tyvek
house wrap being used. |

Here we see the before and
after of a
26'x28' family room and a full basement. We chose Andersen
doors (can be seen below) and windows, and Andersen flex frames for
this
project. |

addition. We had just finished the drywall work, and installed a
7½"x18"x26' laminated structural beam along the ceiling. |
